AURANITIS Lifeline is a non-for-profit organization, headquartered in Amman, Jordan. It was established by a professional group of Syrian volunteers who started small only to become few years later a leading humanitarian organization that abides by international human rights standards. Auranitis is dedicated to build resilient communities in Southern Syria/Jordan and meet basic needs through giving vulnerable people access to education, healthcare, livelihoods and essential services.
Auranitis works through a team of 250 staffin hard-to-reach areas in Southern Syria. Over the past 5 years, Auranitis has been able to reach one million beneficiaries in three governorates in Southern Syria through its emergency assistance program, delivering food and non-food items in 101 villages. It has also established educational centers in Dar’a, Quenteira and rural Damascus, serving more than 1100 child each semester. This is in addition to restoring and rehabilitating hospitals, public buildings, schools, electricity grids, water sources, and networks.
